History

Bureau 14 was founded in 2008 by Edouard Alligand, a technical expert who has worked for major players in the public and private sectors in Europe.

Originally, Bureau 14’s main activity was software as a service in the system programming and software security domains. The company’s first assignment was to design a derivatives grid computing system for a subsidiary company of one of the major players in French finance.

Over time, the team grew with more senior engineers to meet the increasing demand.

After nearly two years of research and development, the company is currently conducting its first major change: Bureau 14 now offers its expertise in the form of readily available software.
